Audience excitement is at an all-time high as the countdown to the March 27, 2025, grand release of Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran‘s eagerly awaited film L2E: Empuraan begins. The team has also revealed that the movie’s theatrical trailer will be released online on March 20, 2025, at 1:08 PM IST, which will heighten the excitement. In the meantime, the offline trailer premiere event will be held at the InOrbit Mall’s INOX Megaplex in Malad, Mumbai.
L2E: Empuraan will be the first Malayalam film to debut with an IMAX® trailer, which will be shown to the media in the IMAX® format, marking a significant milestone for Malayalam cinema. The movie itself is also expected to become the first Malayalam film to be released via IMAX®, appearing in a few IMAX® theaters across the globe.

L2E: Empuraan, the second part of a three-part series and a follow-up to the 2019 smash Lucifer, promises to be an engrossing political action thriller.
